There is approximately 1/3 acre on the waterside of the property fronting on beautiful Ape Hole Creek/Pocomoke Sound, with southern exposure. The remainder of the acreage is marsh that lies on the opposite side of the county road. It cannot be built upon. Typically, MDE approves a 100 ft. pier with a 200 sq. ft. "T" "L" at the end. The permit process takes a minimum of 6 months.
